On November 26, 2020, the Embassy of Vietnam in Italy organized a Webinar on cooperation between Vietnam and Italy, in which all investment opportunities in Vietnam were discussed.

The meeting was an opportunity to share data and information on the various investment opportunities in Vietnam in light of the recent agreements with the European Community.
Consul Dr. Silvio Vecchione during his speech illustrated all the activities of the Consulate of Naples in recent months, highlighting a growing interest for companies to invest in Vietnam despite the restrictions due to COVID19 and the strong economic uncertainty caused by the world pandemic.
After sharing some episodes of his twenty-year experience in the country, he illustrated the investment opportunities following the agreements with the European Community, in particular the EVFTA which is accelerating trade exchanges between the two countries.
The Consul underlined the great attitude of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in undertaking long-term business and in offering excellent services and workforce that are difficult to find in other parts of the world, essential elements in long-distance business relationships.
He concluded the speech by indicating Vietnam as a fundamental and strategic partner for Italy in terms of reliability, humanity and honesty, characteristics that are contributing to the exponential growth of the country.
